You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact
- You raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product
We do not accept returns for:
- Color variation due to screen/display differences
- Minor thread pulls or weaving irregularities common in handloom sarees
- Items purchased during sales or offers

3. Return Process
To request a return:
