2. Eligible Return Conditions

You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

  • You raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product

We do not accept returns for:

  • Color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Minor thread pulls or weaving irregularities common in handloom sarees

  • Items purchased during sales or offers

3. Return Process

To request a return:
